Your login is your username (usually first name and surname) or your email address.  We can change your email address if necessary.   Your password is case-sensitive.  If you get your login or password wrong more than twice you will get blocked. It automatically unblocks after 4 hours but if Melody is available at the office she can unblock you manually. You can click Lost Your Password on the login page to reset it but this will not work if you are blocked. Please make sure you have downloaded everything you need well in advance of training as we cannot always resolve it quickly if you get blocked and we cannot email powerpoint files as they are too big.
