Our  new PBMpro Foundation Course (one day) is now available.  The foundation course has been created to provide organisations with greater flexibility in their training delivery menu. We recognise that (in particular) larger, complex organisations who operate a range of services, with varying levels of behaviours that challenge across those settings, are frequently over-training staff in reactive strategy use; this course is intended to help address such scenarios.  The foundation course is suitable for staff working in very low risk services. It provides introductory information on proactive approaches in the prevention, and situational management of, a limited number of possible behavioural scenarios requiring non-restrictive self-defence techniques.
