We have updated our policy in respect of PBMpro training for staff who become pregnant.  Trainers and care staff can now attend training and participate in some of the practical breakaway techniques. The revised pregnancy policy is in the care staff training/pre-training documentation section and also in the associate trainer resources/trainer refresher section. Please download a copy for reference. There are also revised pre-training instructions and trainer evaluation forms for each course which you should use in future.  If the training is being run directly by Positive Response, we must be advised prior to pregnant delegates attending so we can inform our trainer.  Associate trainers can manage this themselves if they are delivering in-house care staff courses but they must comply with the policy.
