Bild conducts observations of in-house training as part of their quality assurance of affiliate organisations. You will be notified beforehand and asked to provide your training dates so that an assessor can come to your organisation. Once an observation date is agreed, you will then be asked to upload some documents to the Bild website. To help you with this process there is a guide for the pre-observation upload and a guide for the training observation.
