PBMpro associate trainer refresher fees from April 2024

PBMpro associate trainer refresher fees from April 2024

From April, the associate trainer annual refresher fee will be £435 if you attend a course hosted by us, or £400 if you attend a course hosted by your own company.

For trainers who train more than one programme, the charge for each additional programme will be £60 per trainer.

For trainers who train additional (or bespoke) techniques, the fee will be £20 for standing or sitting techniques, £40 for floor techniques and £50 for bed or pod techniques. The scale of costs relates to the time taken and complexity levels required to go through these at trainer refreshers, the additional administrative work related to checking the TNA, and the ongoing costs of undertaking regular biomechanical risk assessments for each technique. As before, if more than one trainer from your organisation attends the same refresher event we only charge once for the additional techniques. We should mention that these, historically minimal, charges for additional techniques have never been raised since they were introduced more than five years ago. All prices exclude VAT.

The associate trainer refresher fee still represents very good value. It includes the refresher course itself, your annual associate trainer licence, free access to regularly updated training materials via the trainers’ area, our work in carrying out quality assurance reviews with you (which should assist you in your observations with BILD ACT), full administrative back up throughout the year, and access to advice and support from the lead trainer – should you require it.

As has been previously communicated, the price of the trainer course will be reduced in both cost and duration – bringing savings on both the fee as well as the cost of staff time.

We sincerely apologise for the rise in some of these fees, but this has become unavoidable given the recent inflationary cycle and the additional demands of being certified by BILD ACT and complying with the RRN Training Standards.

Thank you for your ongoing commitment to providing the highest quality training for the betterment of services.
